How Does Elevation107 get my gear to me?

We love buying new stuff too. So we know you want it now. We do everything we can to get your new gear to you as quickly as possible. Once you place your order and it is processed Elevation107 will ensure that the magic shipping fairy dudes get it to you. 

We use Australia Post eParcel courier service for smaller items and Australia Post StarTrack for large items (Snowboards and Skis). You will receive an email and an SMS when the package is picked up from us with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way. 

We also offer "Click and Collect". As soon as your order has been picked we'll send you an email confirming that your order is ready for pick up. Normally this should be within 4 hours of you placing an order. If you haven't yet received this email it means that we haven't had a chance to pick your order yet. If you're in a real hurry please call the store directly on 9639 1000 and someone will try and help you out.

No matter what option our aim is to get you your new gear as soon as possible!
