Ooops!I guess even we make mistakes sometimes so lets get this taken care of.  First step is to contact us and let us know what you received and make sure you have your order number.  What we will require is for you to get the product/sback to us so we can swap it around for the correct item.  Keep in mind we cannot send out the replacement until we get the original back so we recommend you send it back using express post or courier.  As soon as we receive it we will get send the new product right away.  

Elevation107 will refund you any cost involved with shipping the item back and also ship the replacement back to you free as well.
